When booking for appointment, they are very professional, they explain to you everything from spare parts to warrantee. On the office/house visit; they are on time, amazing customer service, efficient and experienced technicians. I have been dealing withe them for years and very happy with the level of service and parts. مكان جيد بأسعار معقولة، واستبدال سريع للمكونات التالفة أو المتضررة. الخامات هاي كوبي (مش أصلية ولكن أعلى جودة - قريبة للأصلية). الاستبدال بيتم في غصون 20 دقيقة فقط وفي مكانك اللي تختاره، ولكن مش دايمًا بيكون متوفر خدمة الاستبدال في مكانك لأنها بتكون على حسب المكان؛ بس تقدر تزورهم في مقرهم، ودي النقطة السلبية في الموضوع. المكان بعيد جدًا ومش في طريق المواصلات العادي، فهتحتاج تركب أوبر مثلًا من أقرب نقطة ليهم أو تريح نفسك وتركب أوبر من البداية، وساعتها هتضطر تتحمل تكلفة إضافية عالية، وكمان مفيش يافطة تدل على المكان، فانت حرفيًا ممكن تلف حوالين نفسك في دواير غير منتهية لحد ما توصل للمكان.
